Let us share a secret with you;
Initially the concept for MBFF4 was to pharaprase the “brides’ photo by Paul Huf, made in 1963 at the studio of Dick Holthaus. As you can see we decided, while working, that MBFF4 should have a different outcome. Sometimes there’s just no need for a group-portrait to paraphrase an image; in the case of MBFF4 we actually only needed one model: Joey Holthaus in a (vintage) dress designed by his uncle Dick Holthaus.
